The 2017 100 Best Companies to Work For

 
Nominations for the 2017 100 Best Companies to Work For have closed.
 
Minnesota Business magazine celebrates the companies that set the bar for leadership, communication, corporate culture and more with the 100 Best Companies to Work for Awards. Businesses on the list are chosen from responses to direct employee surveys. In mid-January 2017, companies with 10 or more full-time employees that have filled out the nomination form will be sent instructions for administering workplace surveys to all in-state, full-time employees.
 
Winners will be featured in the June 2017 issue of Minnesota Business magazine.
 
 
Process:

Phase 1- Your company's marketing contact/HR representative will fill out initial submission form (a four minute process).
Phase 2- Minnesota Business magazine will email your company's HR contact (listed on your initial submission form) a link to an employee survey. Your company's HR contact will then distribute the employee survey link to every full time, MN-based employee of your company.  Employees will have three weeks to fill out the online survey.
Phase 3- Once surveys have been submitted, the research firm tabulates the results and the companies who scored the highest results make the list of 100 Best.  Those 100 companies are notified in late February via email, and the full list is posted on our webpage.  The June issue of Minnesota Business magazine will list all the companies that made the list, and a celebratory event will be held.
