Walking around my Minneapolis neighborhood or grabbing a bite at one of the half-dozen coffee shops I regularly work in.

If you had to live in a place other than Minnesota, where would it be?
Wisconsin...just kidding. Probably northern New England - beautiful scenery, four seasons, charming towns.

List one quirk that most people don't know about you.
I love watching sports - any sport - but don't root for a particular team. I'm a terrible fan.

When you were five, you thought you'd grow up to be a...
A lawyer. Eventually, I learned I'd have to go to law school, and that was the end of that.

What's your favorite section of Minnesota Business magazine?
Industry Watches, and not just because I write some of them. It's great to drill down and see what's going on in different industries each month. There are so many stories to tell, and it's our job to give life to as many as we can.
