Jennifer Smith is the founder and CEO of Innovative Office Solutions.

Innovative began in 2001 as an office supply/furniture company serving businesses of all sizes who value a relationship focused approach. With a vision to make businesses more successful, Innovative has expanded its offerings to include categories such as facility supplies, educational supplies/furniture, print & fulfillment and managed print services. Through Jennifer’s leadership, she has grown Innovative to be the largest independent office products company in the Midwest and one of the largest in the Nation.

She has led the organization through consistent double-digit growth while instilling a contagious culture that has been the secret to the Innovative success story. Jennifer’s progressive thinking extends beyond her own business as a member of the Forum for the Women’s Business Enterprise National Council (WBENC), serves on the Board for the Committee of 200 as their Membership Co-chair along with being on the Dealer Advisory Board of Essendant, and aids in the leadership of the InSports Foundation, the charitable arm of Innovative Office Solutions.
