AgTech software company aerialPLOT has moved its headquarters to Fargo, a relocation the firm says will support its next phase of growth and deepen its ties to the region’s expanding agricultural technology sector. The company has developed a scalable analytics platform used in agricultural field research and sees Fargo as an ideal environment for building out its data‑driven capabilities.
Founder and CEO Jeremiah Roeth said the decision was influenced by the region’s strong AgTech ecosystem, access to industry partners, and support from the Greater Fargo Moorhead Economic Development Corporation. He called the move “a clear catalyst” for aerialPLOT’s expansion and praised state and local resources that helped guide the transition.
The new headquarters will house corporate operations, data science, software development and UAV‑based (drone) data capture for projects across North Dakota and neighboring states. The company expects to add several positions in data science, digital agronomy and software engineering, and has already hired a business manager to help establish the office.
Local leaders say aerialPLOT’s arrival reinforces the Fargo‑Moorhead area’s role as a hub for agricultural innovation. The company plans to collaborate closely with growers, research institutions, and partners such as Grand Farm, which will work with aerialPLOT during its 2026 field trials at the Innovation Campus near Casselton.
