Duluth-based Cirrus Aircraft reports it had another milestone year in 2025, delivering 691 SR Series aircraft and a record 106 Vision Jets, according to the company’s newly released results. The performance extends Cirrus’ long‑running dominance in personal aviation: the SR Series remained the best‑selling high‑performance single‑engine piston aircraft for the 24th consecutive year, while the Vision Jet held its position as the top‑selling jet in general aviation for the eighth straight year.
The company marked several major product achievements, including the debut of the SR Series G7+, the first single‑engine piston aircraft equipped with an FAA‑approved autonomous emergency landing system. The Safe Return Emergency Autoland feature allows passengers to activate an automated landing sequence with a single button press. Cirrus also celebrated surpassing 11,000 total SR Series deliveries.
New training and ownership programs—including the Cirrus Instrument Rating Program, the Cirrus Approach app, and the Cirrus Next upgrade pathway—aim to help pilots advance their skills and transition into newer aircraft. The company also expanded Vision Jet training capacity with a new simulator in Scottsdale.
Cirrus continues to invest in its U.S. footprint, including an expansion of its Grand Forks manufacturing facility. CEO Zean Nielsen said the company’s momentum reflects its commitment to innovation in personal aviation.
